The production process of complete set of wet-type whole fish meal processing equipment is divided into four steps.
1、Fish meal processing line
Raw material fish or fish steak and fish waste will enter into the hopper after going through magnetic de-ironing equipment, then with the continuous feed of screw conveyer, the fish meal will enter into the boiler. The boiled fish meal will enter into the Pressing machine directly, with the extrusion of double screws, the squeezed liquid will drop into the sedimentation tank, and the dregs cake will drop into the Drying machine, the protein liquid will also be delivered into the drying machine for drying after being condensed.
2、Fish oil processing line
The squeezed liquid will be delivered into the heating tank after sedimentation in the sedimentation tank, after heating, it will be delivered into the horizontal screw centrifuge to make the dregs and liquid separated, the dregs will be recovered and sent to drying machine, the liquid will be delivered to the Vertical Centrifuge to separate oil and water, after further processing these separated oil, you can get finished fish oil.
3、Condensed liquid processing line
After the separation of fish oil and water by Vertical Centrifuge, the fish protein liquid separated by the vertical centrifuge contains many kinds of nutrition elements such as Vitamins, proteins and mineral salts etc. The fish protein liquid contains 90-95% water, so it must be condensed before it enters into the drying machine, after drying the condensed liquid, the content of protein in the fishmealwill be improved 2-3%, and the yields of fishmeal will also be increased 20-30%, that is so-called “ whole fishmeal ”.
4、Environmental protection system
The entire production process of wet-type fish meal processing should be in a closed condition, the off odors from boilers, pressing machines, drying machines, fish hoppers, tanks and troughs will be gathered through flue gas pipes and sent to de-odor tower to dispose, part of the soluble odors will be dissolved and absorbed by the cooling water and discharged into sewers, another part of insoluble odors will be expelled out from the top and sent to boiler-house for burning and de-odor. Wastewater will be let after strict treatment to meet the disposal requirements of state environmental protection standard to protect the environment
